Assembly Line

An automatic line for continuous mass production. An integrated conveyor belt moves parts through automatic feeding, assembly and inspection. Conveyor speed is adjustable to match your output target. A PLC with touchscreen HMI runs the line, and a safety enclosure with emergency stop and protective sensors covers the operator.

Assembly & Leakage Test Line

Assembly, leak testing and inspection in one automatic line. Stations install components in sequence with pneumatic and servo-driven units, with automatic feeding, positioning, clamping and fastening. The leak test uses air pressure or vacuum, and you can adjust test pressure, test time and leakage tolerance. Parts are marked OK or NG automatically, and results are recorded for production traceability. A door safety interlock and emergency stop are included.
